  • From the Balmaceda Aerodrome: (45 minutes)
  • From the Puerto Aysen Aerodrome: (20 minutes)
  • From the Puerto Aysen Harbor: (8 hours)

The property is nestled in the spectacular Mallin River Valley, surrounded by snowcapped peaks of the coastal Andes Mountains. Within the property is a small tributary of the Mallin River called the Rio Escondido, 20 kilometers of hiking trails, numerous waterfalls and three hot springs, with mean temperatures of about 38 degrees Celsius. The Mallin River that cuts through the property empties into the Quitralco Fjord, creating an excellent site for a future fly fishing destination or marina.

Infrastructure: The property is currently operated as a working farm with:

  • Two well-kept native wood farm houses of rustic design
  • Two barns and various other smaller out-buildings and sheds.
